Brow hair grows at a very low, almost flat angle to the skin far more horizontal than scalp or beard hair. Every single graft has to be placed to match that angle precisely. Get it wrong even slightly and the brow looks artificial. Single-hair follicular units are used rather than multi-hair grafts, keeping the texture fine and realistic.
Donor hair is selected from scalp zones where texture most closely resembles eyebrow hair typically the nape or temporal area.
One thing patients are always told in advance: transplanted brow hair grows like scalp hair. It won't stop at brow length on its own. Regular trimming every 3–4 weeks is needed to keep the shape looking right long-term.
